These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Only Tenders mobile application (the "App") and any services provided through the App (collectively, the "Service").

01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the App.

02 Description of Service

Only Tenders provides a platform for users to access information and resources related to government tenders in South Africa. Key features include:

  • Access to a comprehensive database of national and municipal tenders.
  • Real-time push notifications for new matching opportunities.
  • Tools for managing tender interests and auto-generating bidding documents.

Subscription & Payments

The App offers a month-to-month, non-recurring subscription for R30 per month.

  • Manual Renewal: Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You must manually renew to maintain premium access.
  • Secure Processing: All payments are handled via secure third-party gateways (Paystack/App Store).
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account settings or by emailing support@onlytenders.co.za.

03 Intellectual Property

The content of the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Only Tenders or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

04 User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a lawful and responsible manner. You will not:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Transmit any harmful or malicious content.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the App.

Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided "as is". Only Tenders does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any tender information. You are solely responsible for verifying any information obtained through the App.

Only Tenders will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

05 Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
